HLB Shipbuilding Division originated from Kyungil Yacht, a subsidiary of the Hyundai Group. It started manufacturing boats and ships in 1975 and specialized in FRP ships such as luxury yachts, government boats, fishing boats, fishing-guide ships and lifeboats. It’s headquartered in Ulsan, South Korea. The company’s business extends to lifeboats, engines, hooks, special ships and safety goods.
